1. Booking & Payment

A booking request is confirmed by our team within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp. No deposit is required. Payment is made in cash on arrival (EUR or MAD). Your booking is a reservation, not a purchase.

2. Cancellation & No-shows

Because no deposit is taken, your booking carries no financial obligation. If your plans change, simply let us know by email or WhatsApp as early as possible so we can free the slot for another guest. No cancellation fee applies.

Repeated no-shows without notice may lead us to decline future bookings. We recommend travel insurance for all guests.

3. Surf Lessons & Safety

All surf and longboard sessions are conducted by instructors certified by the Royal Moroccan Surf Federation with international experience. Maximum 5 students per group. Participants must follow instructor guidance at all times. Oahu Surf Maroc reserves the right to cancel or modify sessions due to weather or ocean conditions — in such cases, alternative arrangements or a full credit will be provided.

4. Accommodation

Check-in is from 14:00, check-out by 11:00. All rooms include fresh linens, a private or en-suite bathroom (depending on room type), WiFi, and access to the communal kitchen and rooftop terrace. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The camp provides secure storage but cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items.

5. Drop-in Lessons

Drop-in surf lessons (€45) and 5-session longboard packs (€245) do not include accommodation. Transport to the surf spot, board, and wetsuit are included.

6. Liability

Surfing is an inherently risky activity. By participating in our sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All guests sign a liability waiver before their first session. Oahu Surf Maroc is not liable for personal injury beyond instructor negligence. We strongly recommend adequate travel and health insurance for every guest.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
